• must be purchased based on the ISBN assigned by your instructor
• are non-transferable
• are non-refundable
• are valid for one-time use only.

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from [email protected] within 10 minutes following your Paypal confirmation email. Please check your spam/trash folder if you do not receive the email in a timely manner. The confirmation email is your proof-of-purchase, and it will contain your Course Access Code and directions for entering the Code when requested to do so within the course.

Please keep your proof-of-purchase until you have completed your course. If you must withdraw/drop your class under acceptable terms at your institution, your instructor may request to have your Course Access Code reactivated for you the following term. However, the Code will only be reactivated for the student originally enrolled.
